The Anxiety Habit

The words ‘you are more than anxiety’ must be understood more deeply. Because under the identity of feeling like you are anxiety are all the symptoms/effects like:

  • Catastrophizing
  • Distracting from a feeling or thought or person
  • Negative social circle of friends
  • Constant fear of what may arise next (impending doom)

The only thing you have to do today is recognize this anxiety habit in you if in fact it is present.
